Where do You Ship?
We ship Australia-wide from Sydney, NSW. We regret that we are unable to ship to international addresses at this time.
Do You Ship to pO Boxes?
We use several delivery partners to get your items to you as soon as possible. Unfortunately, some carriers are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. To keep things simple, we require you to provide physical/street address when completing your order.
When Will I Receive my Items?
We will start production of your order as soon as we have ‘all information’ needed to complete the order. Unless specified in the product page, we should complete your order within 3 business days (often sooner). Some products may have a longer production completion. Contact us for bulk orders as the timings may be different. Once we dispatch the order, the timings will be dependent on our shipping partners. We work with Sendle and Australia Post to get your items delivered. Most items are delivered between 2-7 business days. Additional time may be needed to delivery to some remote areas. Please select Express Post shipping for time-sensitive deliveries if the delivery address is (refer to https://auspost.com.au/service-updates/domestic-delivery-times)
There may be instances where our shipping partners may encounter delays due to COVID-19, extreme weather conditions and the like. In very rare instances, this may delay delivery of up to 14 days. We continue to monitor deliveries until they get to your door and will assist in getting information from our shipping partners to keep you informed.
While we will do everything we can to ensure that your order is delivered in a timely manner, alittles.co will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our delivery partners for reasons we do not have control over or by any event which is out of reasonable control or foresight including, but not limited to, any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us, and extraordinary circumstances like extreme weather conditions, etc.
Can I Track My Delivery?
Yes! All orders shipped out will have a tracking number provided to you.
Do I need to Sign for Delivery?
If you select ‘Standard Shipping’, your agree to provide Authority to Leave (ATL) your parcel at your delivery address. Our delivery partners have been good on this so far. However, alittles.co will not be held responsible for any theft or damage after delivery. All risk in the parcel will remain with the customer upon delivery. There will be no offer of replacement or refund for any loss or damage when selecting a shipping option with ATL. Please select Express Post (Signature) if you would like to sign for your delivery.
Is this Item In-stock?
We try to keep stock levels listed on our store as accurate as possible. However, in the unlikely event that an item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you. We can provide a refund for those items.
