Our products are personalised and made specifically for you, our customers. Any customised, printed, or embroidered item is therefore final. We are unable to accept returns or exchange for personalised items. 

Please choose carefully. We do not provide refunds or exhanges for your change of mind or incorrect purchase decision.

Refunds and Exhanges

Consumer guarantees apply if the item is not as described or if the item has damage or faults. Please contact us within 7 days after receiving delivery of your item to discuss.

In this case, item must be in new and unused condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange request.

All refunds are made at the discretion of alittles.co. If your refund request is approved, a credit will be processed and will be automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Processing time of refunds to be completed will depend on your bank.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on the delivery address, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
